These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and Aurelux Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Cite Master platform. By utilizing our Services, you expressly agree to the following exceptionally strict terms governing your usage.
1. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Cite Master. No arbitration or alternative dispute venue is authorized without the express written consent of Aurelux Technologies.
2. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Under no circumstances will our liability to you for any cause whatsoever exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us during the one (1) month period prior to any cause of action arising. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Services.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is Basis)
Cite Master relies on experimental DeepSeek AI models and third-party academic APIs. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the 100% accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the verified metadata. Academic Integrity: We verify metadata syntax and database presence; we do not verify the scientific validity or factual accuracy of the cited works. Users are solely responsible for adhering to their institution's academic integrity policies.
4. Acceptable Use and "Unlimited" Fair Use Policy
Our "Unlimited" Plus tier is subject to a strict Fair Use Policy designed to prevent automated scraping, bot networks, and reselling of our API bandwidth. We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to classify usage as abusive and instantly terminate or throttle any account, with or without notice. B2B Institutional limits are rigorously enforced.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Cite Master 9-level verification pipeline, parsing algorithms, proprietary Circuit Breaker implementations, and the Tri-Layer Data Lake architecture are the exclusive trade secrets and intellectual property of Aurelux Technologies. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, mirror, scrape, or replicate the service will result in immediate legal action.
